The single most important aspect in building a successful business is to begin. The second most important element is to merely do what those before you have done. The question isn’t whether or not it’s possible but rather if you’re committed enough to change your life. Those who have accomplished success know that as you begin you will feel inadequate, you may be nervous and afraid but they also know what’s possible if you apply yourself and follow their lead.

The sad thing is that this mindset could have been prevented. If only the leader had been there to help when needed, If only they could have shared some wisdom to a challenging question or taught a better way to respond. There is an answer to every challenge and a technique to improve every situation, but if you’re not there in the moment; opportunities are lost and as fragile as most IBO’s are in the beginning, it only takes two or three failures, embarrassments or rejections to send the average person into a spiral of doubt. If not remedied right then, the negative mindset takes control another good person seals their fate forever.
The responsibility of a leader towards their people is immense. If done correctly, the results are life changing, but if done poorly, the reverse is true and you may be responsible for having jaded an individual’s life forever. Most who are brave enough to take the step towards starting their own business the first time will never try again if they fail. The dream is lost forever.
